Sitting and standing exercise
Last week was a big week, I have done so much exercise, that my weight gain has slowed down dramatically. I am already training it all off apparently. I have been doing sit training with Mum and am already able to sit with only a little support. My favourite training is however to push up to a standing position, whilst Mum is assisting me by holding my little hands ( only a little bit). I usually do a few little squats up and down to make sure my little baby bum is firm and to work all the baby fat around my chubby thighs. I am liking it so much that Mum is having a hard time, because I want to stand constantly now and I just tell her now when I am bored with lying in my bouncer and playing with my toys. I just want to sit, squat, stand all day long! I will show you some pictures of me standing soon!
